COMMUNITY LAND TRUST
At JVG we have established a successful example of a pocket community on Meadowview Ave and we have been searching for ways to make this community-owned and affordable to all. To achieve this we are currently forming the Junction Village-Community Land Trust.
THE CLT VISION
The JV-CLTs mission is to secure, steward and protect properties in our community to create permanent affordable housing guided by values such as nature connection, equity, land stewardship and resilient living.
The JV-CLT is about the power of community coming together to create the housing transformation that is so needed.
